COT Donor Privacy Policy


The Counciloftime.com, hereinafter referred to as COT, will not sell, share or trade our donor’s information with any other entity; nor will we send mail on behalf of other organizations or entities based on the donor’s information provided.

This policy applies to all information received by COT online and offline or on any platform belonging to COT in which information is gathered from donors.

All donations are processed through a third-party service-provider; our donor’s information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation through that third-party service-provider.
Donations for CouncilofTime.com
COT Operations - This donations selection is for COT operations. These donations will be used expressly for equipment, internet, software development, maintenance, and other expenses incurred for normal operation and expansion of COT. Any donations received for this selection will not be used for external purposes but will only be used as stated.
Helping Others - This donation selection is specifically for helping those individuals or families in distress who have submitted a help request or those who have contacted cot directly for help. If at any time the Help Donations are above the amount of those who have requested help; COT reserves the right to apply the funds to COT operations; which can be referenced above.
